Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of woodine.com and any orders or projects you place with Woodine ("we", "our", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Woodine is a solid wood furniture workshop based in Ankara, Türkiye, in operation since 1994. We design and produce furniture for residential and hospitality clients in Türkiye and internationally.
2. Quotations & Orders
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is considered confirmed when (a) the buyer signs or written-confirms the quotation, and (b) the deposit is received in full. Custom and made-to-order pieces enter production only after both conditions are met.
3. Payments
- Standard catalog orders — 50% deposit on confirmation, 50% before dispatch.
- Custom and made-to-order — 60% deposit on confirmation, 40% before dispatch.
- Hospitality / contract projects — milestone-based payment schedule defined in the project contract.
Accepted methods: bank transfer (TRY, EUR, USD). For international clients, all bank fees are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
4. Custom & Made-to-Order
Once a custom piece enters production, it cannot be cancelled. Solid wood is a natural material — minor variations in grain, color, and figure are part of the character of the piece, not defects, and do not constitute grounds for return.
5. Returns
Return eligibility depends on the type of order, delivery location, and applicable consumer law. Custom, made-to-order, modified, or project-based pieces are non-returnable unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
6. Warranty
Warranty coverage is defined in the quotation, invoice, or project agreement. As a general principle, Woodine reviews structural issues related to material or workmanship under normal intended use. Damage caused by misuse, impact, water exposure, unsuitable climate conditions, unauthorized treatment, or normal natural movement of solid wood is excluded (see our Care Guide).
7. Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim arising from a product or order shall not exceed the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, written content, and the Woodine name and logo on woodine.com are the property of Woodine. They may not be reproduced, modified, or used commercially without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the courts of Ankara.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version is always posted here. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Hizmet Şartları
Bu Hizmet Şartları; woodine.com sitesinin kullanımını ve Woodine ("biz", "tarafımız") nezdinde verdiğiniz sipariş ya da projeleri kapsar. Siteyi kullanarak ya da sipariş vererek bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Hakkımızda
Woodine; Ankara, Türkiye merkezli, 1994'ten beri faaliyet gösteren bir masif ahşap mobilya atölyesidir. Türkiye'de ve uluslararası alanda konut ve konaklama müşterileri için tasarım ve üretim yaparız.
2. Teklifler & Siparişler
Aksi belirtilmedikçe tüm teklifler 30 gün geçerlidir. Bir sipariş; (a) alıcının teklifi imzalaması ya da yazılı onaylaması ve (b) depozitonun tam olarak alınması ile onaylanmış sayılır. Özel ve siparişe özel parçalar yalnızca her iki koşul sağlandıktan sonra üretime alınır.
3. Ödemeler
- Standart katalog siparişleri — onayda %50 depozito, sevkiyattan önce %50.
- Özel ve siparişe özel üretim — onayda %60 depozito, sevkiyattan önce %40.
- Konaklama / kurumsal projeler — proje sözleşmesinde tanımlanan aşama bazlı ödeme planı.
Kabul edilen yöntemler: havale (TRY, EUR, USD). Uluslararası müşteriler için tüm banka masrafları, aksi kararlaştırılmadıkça alıcıya aittir.
4. Özel & Siparişe Özel Üretim
Özel bir parça üretime alındıktan sonra iptal edilemez. Masif ahşap doğal bir malzemedir — damar, renk ve doku farklılıkları parçanın karakterinin bir parçasıdır; kusur değildir ve iade gerekçesi oluşturmaz.
5. İade
İade hakkı; sipariş türüne, teslimat yerine ve geçerli tüketici mevzuatına göre değerlendirilir. Özel ölçü, siparişe özel üretim, modifiye edilmiş veya proje bazlı ürünler, kanunen zorunlu olmadıkça ya da yazılı olarak ayrıca kararlaştırılmadıkça iade edilemez.
6. Garanti
Garanti kapsamı teklif, fatura veya proje sözleşmesinde tanımlanır. Genel prensip olarak Woodine, normal ve amacına uygun kullanım altında malzeme veya işçilik kaynaklı yapısal konuları değerlendirir. Hatalı kullanım, darbe, suya maruz kalma, uygunsuz iklim koşulları, yetkisiz müdahale veya masif ahşabın doğal hareketinden kaynaklanan durumlar kapsam dışıdır (bkz. Bakım Rehberi).
7. Sorumluluk
Bir ürün ya da siparişten doğan herhangi bir talepte azami sorumluluğumuz, ilgili sipariş bedelini aşmaz. Dolaylı ya da netice kabilinden zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
8. Fikri Mülkiyet
woodine.com üzerindeki tüm tasarımlar, fotoğraflar, yazılı içerik ve Woodine adı ile logosu Woodine'in mülkiyetindedir. Yazılı izin olmadan çoğaltılamaz, değiştirilemez ya da ticari amaçla kullanılamaz.
9. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. İyi niyetli müzakere ile çözülemeyen uyuşmazlıklar Ankara mahkemelerinde çözülür.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. En güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yer alır. Değişiklik sonrası site kullanımının sürdürülmesi yeni şartların kabulü anlamına gelir.
